- MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS ARE ONE (1) CASE OR $200.
- Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
- One case is equivalent to 12 x 750ml bottles. International customers should note there maybe some customs or import duties applicable on the importation of alcohol. Customers should check this with their local authorities. These duties are an additional charge to freight and the cost of any wine ordered.
- Our Express rates are door-to-door and we have a 7-10 day delivery schedule. All orders sent internationally include special polystyrene packaging to minimise breakage.
- Please note for Melbourne Metro deliveries, we will endeavour to fulfil a 24 hour turnaround. We will advise you if this is to be different.
- If applicable, delivery fees and charges will be added to your order. Melbourne Metropolitan orders are delivered free. Orders for all other locations Australia wide will be calculated at the end of your purchase. International customers please note - your orders will be submitted, but your credit card will not be billed until a shipping fee has been submitted to you via email for your approval.
- If you are ordering from outside of Australia, please check your country's import duties on alcohol before ordering. This may be an additional cost to you, the customer. Further to this, many international orders may be free of some Australian taxes. This could lead to savings of 20-30%. Feel free to contact us in regards to this, and we will endeavor to pass on any discounts that we can.
- To ensure prompt on time deliveries please provide a telephone number for the delivery address and instructions if no one is home.
- Please Note that Cheese is only delivered Melbourne Metro.
